I believe that everyone has the potential to work through their mental health challenges with the proper support for their well being. I aim to educate, support and empower individuals to make decisions that help manage their mental health. I integrate various methods, approaches, and philosophies into my practice based on the individual needs of each patient. Some include: patient centered care, evidence based practice, a holistic approach, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and medication management. I enjoy working with those of underserved communities, first generation college students, descendants of immigrants, people of color, and those experiencing perinatal mental health disorders.
